DIMAT has a comprehensive Training and Placement Department that manages all the on-campus Disha Institute of Management and Technology placement activities. This department acts as a bridge between the institute and the industry. It also plays a pivotal role in making the entire Disha Institute of Management and Technology placement process as streamlined as possible. It is led by a manager and a support team under whose supervision it organises various programmes such as industrial visits, summer training, live industrial projects, guest lectures by industry experts, and the final placements. Additionally, the Training and Placement Department also facilitates internship opportunities for students at the institute.
