About DPG Institute of Technology & Management
DPG Institute of Technology and Management Admission: The JEE Main 2024 exam is to be held in two sessions, the dates are January 24 to February 1, 2024 (Session 1) and April 1 to 15, 2024 (Session 2).
DPG Institute of Technology and Management courses are offered in engineering, computer application and management fields at UG and PG levels. B.Tech has seven specialisations and M.Tech has two. The DPGITM fees range from around Rs 55,000 to Rs 89,500 per year.
The DPGITM placements are organised by the cell which ensures 100% assistance to its students. For the batch of 2022-23, a total of 90 students secured placement offers. Companies like Egon Blue, W3 Grades Technology, PingoLearn Education Pvt Ltd, eGurukul, etc. hired students. The DPG Institute of Technology and Management placement package offered to the students ranges from Rs 1.8 LPA to Rs 5 LPA.
DPG Institute of Technology and Management course admissions require both previous academic merit and entrance exam scores. The applications are done online. Exams accepted are JEE Main, GATE, etc.

The institute offers scholarships to its meritorious students. The DPGITM scholarships are provided to the students based on their extraordinary academic performance and financial background. The eligibility criteria must be met in order to avail of the scholarship.
The DPG Institute of Technology and Management scholarships are provided in the following three categories:
- 90% in 10+2 or rank less than 10000 offers Rs 15,000 scholarship for boys and girls.
- 80% % in 10+2 or rank less than 30000 offers Rs 10,000 scholarships for boys and girls.
- 70% in 10+2 or rank less than 50000 offers Rs 5,000 scholarship for girls only
Apart from this, DPGITM Gurgaon also provides rewards to the students who secure ranks in the semester exams.
- The student who secures the first position is provided with a laptop.
- The student securing the second position is provided with a tablet.
- The student securing the third position is provided Rs 5000 as a reward.
Scholarships are provided over a time period at the semester's end via DD or cheque. The cheque is issued only in the name of the student. Also, in order to be eligible for the scholarship, students must have at least 85% attendance in each of the semesters.
Scholarship Test: DPG Institute of Technology and Management conducts a scholarship test for the students, and the scholarship for the B.Tech program is given as follows:
- The top 10 students are provided free-of-cost education
- A scholarship of Rs 10,000 is given to the students who secure passing marks in the examination.
- All the girls who take admission at DPG Institute of Technology and Management Gurgaon are given free laptops.
Education Loan: DPGITM Gurugram offers education loans to students. It has collaborated with various banks to provide financial help to the students.

- Sthapatya: Sthapatya is the society of Civil engineering at DPGITM. Civil engineers always come up with new technologies and designs that facilitate the construction of new roads, bridges, and buildings. This society was established with the aim to create awareness about these new technologies among the students.

To get admission to the B.Tech course, at least 45% marks are required for admission. Hence, with 55% marks, you can easily get admission to the B.Tech programme. However, as per the eligibility criteria, students shall have valid JEE Main scores for admission.
