Placement: there's a 100% placement record here and all different kinds of brands come for scouting but the placement is mostly centralised meaning students have to go to noida to get placed and fdp(footwear designing) students get better placements than the fashion designing ones

The Footwear Development & Design Institute (FDDI) under the Ministry of Commerce & Industry, GOI offers a Certificate course in Footwear Designing. FDDI has multiple campuses across India, eg., Kolkata, patna, Chandigarh, Rohtak, Hyderabad, The program is designed to equip learners with the knowledge and skills required as footwear designers. The curriculum covers various aspects of footwear design, including product knowledge, material foundation, shoe styles, design specification, CAD/CAM, and foot comfort etc.
