Infrastructure: Infrastructure include many things and here mostly things are good. classrooms are spacious, bright and equipped , Wifi is reliable and available throughout the campus. The infrastructure is Visually pleasing, green areas and well. -maintained structures.
Faculty: Faculty members are skilled. Teachers are quite helpful but they are not too friendly. They assure to give best knowledge. You'll find studies easy as they teach really well.
Hostel: Hostels are available within the college campus . You'll get hostels in with amazing surrounding. They are good and many of my friends lived there. There you'll get food also.
Overall: I have been a student of Government Law College since 2021, pursuing my LLB. It's one of the most well known and prestigious colleges of law in Mumbai with several famous advocates and historical personalities being the alumni of this oldest law college of Asia. GLC has been empowering exercises like Disputable Courts, discusses, exposition rivalries and different exercises which help working on the legitimate information and the speech and artistic abilities of the trying applicants. Unsettled court rivalries have been a customary element starting around 1936. I have been a member of the most court and enjoyed my experience so far. The student advisory groups additionally energize and encourage participation in sports, music,dance shows and dramas.
Placement: This college has its own placement committee and I've been a member of this committee since 2021. The committe focuses on placing the students as interns from the very first year of the 3 year LLB course. The committee is very helpful and professional in its approach and helps the students in resume writing and career counseling. I have benefited tremendously by being a member of the placement committee. Not only do I get to interact with the students, but also it has also helped me build contacts with companies and recruiters.
Infrastructure: There have been concerns about the infrastructure of Government Law college. That is due to inadequate funding and lack of maintenance , which has led to deteriorating infrastructure. Insufficient classrooms, outdated and limited library resources, and other limited resources such as unclean washrooms,sometimes hinder the learning experience for students. This highlights the need for increased investment in infrastructure development to ensure a conducive learning environment for students in Government Law College.
Hostel: The college has no hostel of its own and I being a female from Mumbai itself,stay with my family. And, so I am unable to provide any information due to unavailability of hostel facilities at this college.
