Haryana Institute of Engineering & Technology Admission 2024 - Dates, Form, Online Process, Fees

The candidate should be pass in a bachelor's degree or post graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized university or an examination recognized as equivalent thereto by Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra. Or Pass in final examination conducted by the institute of charted accountants of India/institute of cost & works accountants of India/Institute of company secretaries of India.

1. The candidates should have passed 10+2 examination from recognized board/ University with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with any one of the following subjects:o Chemistryo Bio Technologyo Computer Scienceo BiologyOrHave passed Diploma Course in Engineering/Technology of three years duration or more from State Board of Technical Education, Haryana or its equivalent DiplomaExamination.2. The eligibility for Management Quota seats for admission will be the same as above

 

Direct Admission for Diploma Holders in second Year (III Semester)(LEET)

 

1. The candidates who have passed three-year diploma and have secured 50% or more marks are eligible for direct admission in 2nd year under Lateral Entry Scheme.Or2. Should have passed the degree in science (B.Sc.) with mathematics as one of the subjects with minimum of 60% marks in the aggregate.(Kurukshetra University may prescribe compensatory courses to make up the deficiencies for diploma holders or B.Sc. Degree holders, who are admitted through lateral entry scheme.)
