AP ICET First Phase Seat Allotment Download Link 2024: The Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education has released AP ICET first phase seat allotment 2024 result today, August 20, 2024, in online mode. The candidates should visit the official website- icet-sche.aptonline.in and enter the login credentials, such as the AP ICET hall ticket number, date of birth, ROC form number, and password to download their seat allotment letters. The authority will release AP ICET Phase 1 seat allotment only for those candidates who have completed their counselling document verification process and exercised their choices by the scheduled date. Along with the allotment letters, college-wise allotment has also been released by APSCHE.
The list of provisional vacant seats for MAH MBA CAP Round 2 Counselling 2024 was released on August 19, 2024. The online submission and confirmation of the CAP Option Form for Round 2 is available from August 20 to 22, 2024. The cutoff merit list for Maharashtra State and All India candidates will be available on August 24, 2024. Following the seat allotment, candidates must accept the seat offered through login between August 25 and 27, 2024 (up to 3 PM). Subsequently, candidates need to report to their allotted institute and confirm their admission by submitting the required documents and paying the necessary fees, all between August 25 and 27, 2024 (up to 5 PM).
The MAH MBA CAP Round 1 Counselling 2024 started on August 10 and ended on August 18, 2024. The submission and confirmation of the CAP Option Form for Round 1 was available between August 10 and 12, 2024, through the candidate's login on the official website at mba2024.mahacet.org.in. The provisional seat allotment list was displayed on August 14. Candidates who were allotted seats could accept them and report to the institute between August 16 and 18, 2024, to confirm admission.
CAT weightage chart 2024 refers to the topic-wise distribution of questions in each section: Quantitative Aptitude, Data Interpretation and Logical Reasoning, and Verbal Ability and Reading Comprehension. This year, the expected CAT weightage for QA is 34%, DI is 16%, LR is 16%, RC is 24%, and VA is 10%. According to last year's data, Arithmetic and Algebra accounted for approximately 65% of the quantitative section in the exam. Data Interpretation and Logical Reasoning (DILR) together held a weightage of 32%, with each contributing 16%. In the VARC (Verbal Ability and Reading Comprehension) section, Reading Comprehension held a weightage twice that of Verbal Ability. CAT 2024 will have a total of 66 questions, with VARC having 24, DILR having 20, and QA having 22. IIM Calcutta will conduct the exam this year on November 24, 2024, in three slots. The CAT exam pattern has remained consistent over the past two years, and there are no anticipated changes for the upcoming year. The exam consists of three sections: Verbal Ability and Reading Comprehension (VARC), Quantitative Aptitude (QA), and Data Interpretation and Logical Reasoning (DILR). It is a computer-based test with a total duration of approximately 3 hours. The exam includes both multiple-choice and non-multiple-choice questions. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the exam duration was decreased from 180 to 120 minutes in CAT 2020. The time per section was also reduced from 60 to 40 minutes.
