IIM Raipur placement report 2023 has been released by the institute. This year the institute witnessed a successful placement season with a 100% placement record. IIM Raipur highest package 2023 stood at Rs 67.60 lakh per annum. At the same time, total number of offers made was 245.

The Career Development and Placement Office at IIM Raipur is a student-driven organisation that, under the direction of Chairman Placement Dr Rashmi Shukla, is in charge of the comprehensive development of students' careers as well as the creation of solid and long-lasting corporate relationships. IIM Raipur placement cell aims to provide corporate exposure to its students through a variety of methods such as summits, guest lectures, business contacts, and many more convergent events.

The placement committee of the college ensures students are also offered summer internships to gain professional experience. Further, the IIM Raipur placement committee conducts seminars, workshops, industrial visits, etc. to provide practical knowledge to students and this also prepares students for IIM Raipur placements.

The MBA class of 2024 interns were chosen for internships in sales and marketing (49%), operations and information technology (19%), consulting and analytics (12%), general management (11%) and finance (9%). In 2023, internships continued their upward trend, with the median internship increasing by 50% to Rs 1.50 lakhs and the average internship rising by 16% to Rs 1.39 lakhs.
