KCET Counselling Dates 2024: KEA released KCET 2024 counselling dates on July 24, at cetonline.karnataka.gov.in. Instead of releasing the exact dates for KCET counselling 2024, KEA released the expected/ tentative schedule as there is a possibility for the extension of option entry dates. Those candidates who have completed the document verification and generated the verification slip can participate in the counselling process. The vacancies from Round 1 admission will be filled in Round 2. 

KCET Verification Slip 2024: The Karnataka Examinations Authority completed the document verification for KCET counselling 2024 on June 29 and released the final seat matrix on July 16. KCET verification slip 2024 was already issued to candidates who attended the offline document verification under clause codes 'b, c, d, l, j, k, l, m, n and z', These candidates need not wait for the online link to download the verification slip. The online KCET verification slip 2024 is issued to the candidates who fall under 'e, g, h, and o' clause codes. The candidates need their /kCET Number ready to download KCET 2024 verification slip. Only those candidates who receive the verification slip are eligible for the option entry process. 

Important instructions regarding KCET Option Entry 2024

• The candidates are advised to not do the option entry process through an Internet Centre as this may lead to the misuse of candidate details
• The candidates are advised to not share their CET number with anyone
• Before filling the choices, the candidates must check the KCET Final Seat Matrix 2024 to get an idea of total number of seats and courses available in the respective college
• The candidates must first list down the colleges and courses that they want to choose in the option entry portal
• The candidates must mark a priority number against each college and course so that they will have clarity which college and course can be chosen as the first option
• After filling the options through the KEA portal, the candidates must 'Save' the options and take a printout of the same

The Round 6 seat allotment process will be conducted for the Rajasthan candidates only on August 16, 2024. Allotted candidates are to report to the allotted institutes within the given period to confirm their seats. In case of vacant seats, the seats will be filled through direct admissions. Further, all candidates will have the opportunity to request seat upgradation in the subsequent rounds, if they are not satisfied with the seat allotment. 

JEECUP Round 1 Cutoff 2024: The Joint Entrance Examination Council (Polytechnic), Uttar Pradesh has released the cutoff list for all institutes for JEECUP Round 1 seat allotment 2024. The candidates can check here the opening and closing ranks for the top 20 Polytechnic colleges in Uttar Pradesh. The cutoff ranks in JEECUP first seat allotment 2024 shared here is for the Computer Science (CSE) branch. CSE is the most popular and preferred course in the JEECUP round 1 cutoff 2024. This will act as a reference to the applicants for the next cutoff round. The closing ranks for each institute in the Polytechnic admission in UP 2024 will be followed by the opening ranks for the next round.
