IMS Kolkata BCA : Fees, Courses, Eligibility, Placement & Admission 2024

Overall: A medium level college with a certain campus feel but nothing really striking. While academics are difficult, they become certainly possible if you dedicate the necessary effort.

Placement: They encourage a great depth of jobs much like business, engineering, and nursing majors do. However, the liberal arts/humanities students may require additional networking and occupational fair participation.

Infrastructure: Buildings and parks are renovated, and offer the students proper study areas. However, a lot of the dorms are so antiquated and the amenities are not up to par except if you pay the premium.

Hostel: On-campus housing is my biggest weakness as dorms in the old buildings are not well maintained and they are cheaper, while living in new buildings gets you expensive rent.

Overall: Approximately 70% of students secure placements, with a diverse array of companies offering roles such as Software Developer, System Analyst, and Database Administration. Notable recruiters include Teach Solutions Inc., DataTech System, and Web Innovators. Additionally, around 50% of students secure internships with renowned companies like Infosys, Wipro, and TCS.

Overall: Basically This college is in less area of one building which is only academic building and there is no ground it is situated in city mukundapur Kolkata. I am writing about BCA course from this college how BCA is from ims Kolkata. So that I will explain everything about this college and provide genuine information in my best of knowledge

Placement: Frankly speaking that there is no scope of placement for BCA student. In my batch no one is placed and even next year is getting placed. So that if you want only degree then it will be far better than others college but if you want placement then it will not be good

Infrastructure: Infrastructure is not that to good. Basically there is only one building of five floor in which everything like academic building there is no ground for playing not a place for other activities. BCA classroom will be small in size as semester change.

Faculty: See some faculty is good and some faculty is not good it happen almost every college. Faculty are friendly in nature but they don't take responsibility for student. They busy in their own work. So that student do not take it seriously.

Hostel: If you are outsider then college staff will provide you room on rent and fooding you will have to manage there is no hostel if college so that you have take room on rent
