IIFD Chandigarh Admission Process 2024

The student intake at the Indian Institute of Fashion and Design, Chandigarh has been rising for quite some while now, with the improving quality of education as well as the repute maintained by this university.   • Over the course of the counselling process, students are informed about their course options depending on their marks and the stream they pursued in the grade 10+2 board examinations and entrance exams as well as whether or not they meet the cut-offs set in place. 
  • To increase the chances of getting admission, students must:
  • Appear in the grade 10+2 board examinations and the qualifying examinations are accepted by Indian Institute of Fashion and Design, Chandigarh. 
  • Candidates can practice as many mock papers and past papers as possible in order to understand the pattern, the resources for which can be found on the official website of the organization which is conducting the exam. 
  • There is no requirement to partake in any entrance examinations, as the courses here do not require the same. For these programs, only the previous qualifying examination scores will be sufficient. 
  • For the undergraduate courses, the board examination scores will suffice, whereas, for the post-graduate course, students will be required to submit marks received in the final exam of the bachelor’s degree, after which they can undergo the selection process and will be awarded with seats in the course of their choice accordingly.

IIFD Chandigarh does not offer an MBA in Fashion Management. It provides admission to an MBA in Fashion Design programme.
