Overall: YES! this college is known for best quality education. And if you are looking for some reasonable and decent colleges you can surely think of this one

Placement: Placement is good . They have some good contacts and their placement cell is also enthusiastic. They have helped many students with CV and many other things to get jobs

Infrastructure: Infrastructure is good. They have small but still spacious campus with modern classrooms and labs . Their ground is too big and their canteen is designed like a cafe.

Faculty: FACULTY is really supportive. I personally find that they are always dedicated to their students education and life. They make sure to focus on each and every student.

Hostel: Hostel is just okay. They have decent rooms but you can't expect best food . They provide rooms at low costs but yet they are not facilitating in some cases.

Overall: Students results are good. The college does not provides high fees. there is a huge playground inside this college. this college is very big. I like this college.

Overall: It's a good college for the nautical department, in this college if you study Hard ,perform well and focus in your studies so you can get your placement in good companies ,some good companies are companies are coming to this college

Infrastructure: If you talk about the infrastructure of this college, then the college is made on traditional design but it's maintained by the authorities on the yearly basis

Faculty: In IMU there are many problems related with faculty, in this college only few permanent faculty is there, there's the shortage of permanent faculty , this college is mostly working on based on visiting faculty

Hostel: In this college there are two hostel one is newly that's well maintained and structured, in one room 3 or 4 students are living in a room and the 2nd hostel is made based on traditional design, but it's also a good hostel

Overall: Indian Maritime University is an excellent university for pursuing nautical science subjects for job opportunities in merchant navy. It also offers a variety of management courses such as MBA and BBA for job opportunities in offshore establishments

Placement: Placement is available from second year onwards for the cadets who have been consistently performing well and have achieved a high enough rank in their batch. The remaining cadets are offered opportunities in the final year with 5-7 companies visiting each year.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is adequate for completion of all the required courses and training with an auditorium, swimming pool basketball court and simulator for training

Hostel: The hostel living conditions are sub par and can be improved with necessary refurbishment. The rooms are equipped with fans and common washrooms for use by the occupants of each floor
