Institute of Technology & Management (ITM), Gwalior Admission 2024 - Dates, Form, Online Process, Fees

ITM University or Institute of Technology Management, Gwalior offers multiple courses including B.Tech, B.Sc, B.Com, B.Arch,  M.Tech, BA, BCA, MBA, MCA, M.Sc and LL.M. Admission to all the undergraduate and postgraduate courses will be done on the basis of ITM NEST scores. The ITM Nest entrance exam is conducted in the month of May 2020 every year. Candidates need to fill the application form available on the official website of the university in order to appear for the entrance exam. ITM University will start its counselling process after the result of ITM Nest are declared. Admit card of the entrance exam can be downloaded from the official website of the university. Finally, when the complete process is completed, the university will release a merit list of the selected candidates. 

The registration form for admission at the ITM University, Gwalior can be downloaded from the official website of the university. Alternatively, it can also be collected from the admission window available at the campus. 

Offline

Candidates may collect the application form by submitting an amount of INR 1000 via cash. Candidates may also collect it by sending a demand draft of INR 1000  drawn in favour of ‘ITM University’, payable at Gwalior. The demand draft should be sent with a cover letter addressing to “Chairman, Admission Board”, ITM University Gwalior. It must be noted that the applicants must write their Mobile Number, name and address on the reverse side of the DD. After that, candidates will have to fill the application form. He/ She will have to fill their academic details as well as personal details. 

Online

Candidates may also download the form from the official website of the college. Candidates will have to submit an amount of INR 1000. Candidates moving for application and registration will have to pay an amount of INR 11000. 

Candidates will have to check out their desired courses in the application form. He/ She will have to fill some additional information like percentage scored in the graduation/ undergraduate degree, personal information, contact details and other academic qualification. Candidates may then send the completed application form via post or speed post to  ITM University Campus, Bypass Turari, Jhansi Road, Gwalior, (M.P.) - 474001-India

ITM University will conduct a common entrance exam, IMT Nest. Candidates looking for admission will have to appear for this entrance exam. Other candidates who have appeared for the JEE Main entrance exam will not have to give this entrance exam. After the exam, candidates will have to appear for the counselling round conducted by the college. The counselling will be conducted at the campus of the ITM University, Gwalior itself.

ITM University Gwalior MBA Selection Process 2024

Candidates who have applied for the two year MBA program will be selected on the basis of scores in ITM NEST entrance exam conducted by the university. Besides this, candidates with a valid score card of CAT/ MAT or any other equivalent exam may also apply for admission. Selected candidates will then have to visit the campus for group discussion and written test round. Candidates with relavant work experience will be given priority.

ITM University will conduct a common exam, ITM Nest. Selection will be done on the basis of scores in the ITM Nest entrance exam followed by scores in the BCA degree.
