ICASR - International Center for Advance Studies and Research is an independent educational & research organization set up in India and the United States of America. The ICASR Indian campus is located at the Binola village, Gurgaon, Haryana, in association with Starex University.

The institute was started with a clear vision to accelerate and deliver quality education at a different level from graduation to doctoral programs around the world. The ICASR mission is focused on the dynamic cultural and intellectual stimulation that comprehensively trains the students to be a global leader in their chosen areas across the world.

ICASR offers admission in both UG and PG programs in the fields of in the field of Computer Science, Management, Technology and Health Care. All ICASR courses are fully recognized by industry and authorised by the DHE (Directorate of Higher Education Haryana).
