• Applicant need to first visit the official website of Inderprastha Engineering College

• Applicants need to click on the link “Apply Now” option shown on the top of the screen to fill the application form.

• The application form will be opened on a new page by clicking on the link after that applicants need to start entering necessary details such as Personal details, Educational qualification, Entrance Score, Parent Details, Work Experience etc.

• After successfully filling the application form applicants need to make payment of the application fee as mentioned on the official website and submit the application form.

Offline:-

Inderprastha Engineering College B.Tech Selection Process 2020

Normal B.Tech Selection Process:-

Through UPSEE Entrance Exam

85% of the Institute's overall intake for the B.Tech program will be filled on the basis of candidates ranking in UPSEE entrance exam. 

The 85% of the seats will be filled according to the following criteria:-

• 75% of the seats will be filled by candidates who have passed the U.P. Board intermediate exam or have passed 10 + 2 level examination or equivalent qualification from any recognized board/university or whose parents are domiciled at UP.

• 10% of seats to be filled by candidates who passed the qualifying examination from a non-U.P. institution and whose parents are not domicile of U.P

Under Management Quota Direct Admission:-

• 15% of the total available intake will be filled by the Institute as per the rules laid down by the UPSEE and State Government.

• After the UPSEE counselling, the vacant seats will be filled by the institute

B.Tech- Lateral Entry (3-Year)

Modes of Admission and Eligibility Criteria for Admission to B.Tech 2nd Year (Lateral Entry)

Through UPSEE 

• 20% of the total sanctioned intake available in the Institute for different courses at the first-year level.

Eligibility to Appear in UPSEE for Admission to the 2nd year of B.Tech (Lateral Entry):-

• Candidates should have graduated from an institution in UP with a minimum of 45% marks (40% for SC / ST) in any three years of engineering diploma degree.

or 

• The applicant whose parents (father or mother) are domiciled in Uttar Pradesh then he or she should have also passed in engineering diploma with at least 45% marks (40% for SC / ST category) from any UP-recognized board.

• Candidates who have passed in three years B.Sc. degree and have passed in class 12th examination with Mathematics as one of the main subjects while securing minimum 45% marks (40% for SC/ST) can also apply for the B.Tech Lateral entry program

• No Direct Admissions are allowed in the 2nd Year (Lateral Entry)

Vacant Seats (After Counselling)

• The vacant seat will be filled by Institute as per the rules of State Government.

The candidate must have clearly passed intermediate examination of U.P. Board or 10+2 level examination or its equivalent from any recognized Board / University without grace in each compulsory subject i.e. Physics and Mathematics and one optional subject as chemistry / Bio-Technology / Biology / Technical Vocational subject securing minimum 45% (40% marks for SC/ST category candidates) in aggregate in required three subjects.   

Inderprastha Engineering College M.Tech Selection Process 2020

Candidates have to fill out UPTU, Lucknow's online application form. The 85% of seats are filled through Counselling and 15% of seats will be filled through Management Quota. Candidates with Valid GATE score will be given first preference in admission in the M.Tech program at Inderprastha Engineering College M.Tech. The selection will be done of merit base based upon the candidate’s performance in the qualifying examination

Candidates have to fill the online application form of UPTU, Lucknow. The 85% seats are filled through Counselling and 15% through Management Quota. 

Candidates having degree of B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science, Information Technology and related branches, MCA, M.Sc (CS) or M.Sc (IT).
