Jayamukhi Institute of Technological Sciences Application Process:

The Jayamukhi Institute of Technological Sciences admission process is simple and straightforward. The institute offers admission into nine different courses at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels. To get admission to the desired course, candidates need to fulfil the eligibility criteria. JITS accepts admission applications online.

For the majority of courses, candidates must present a previously completed degree mark-sheet from a recognised university and board, either at graduation or at 10+2, depending on the course. Apart from that, to be eligible for any course, candidates must clear entrance tests like TS EAMCET and TS PGECET/GATE.

Highlights:

  • To sit for the TS ICET, candidates must have finished their undergraduate education or be in their last year of an undergraduate programme.
  • Candidates with a valid GATE score are given preference at the institution. The PGCET is not required for GATE certified students, and they must go straight to the physical interview process.
  • Admissions to both M.Tech and MBA programmes need the candidate's physical presence throughout the document verification process.
  • Applicant's certificate verification is required following the combined counselling procedure for students requesting for special admission quotas such as sports and games, NCC, children of military personnel, and physically handicapped.

In order to apply for the ICET, PGECET, or EAMCET, students must complete the online application forms accessible on the respective conducting institutions' websites. The following steps must be followed:

  • Fill out your personal and academic information.
  • Fill out and submit the application form, and then pay the required application fee.
  • Internet banking, credit cards, and debit card payments are all accepted.
  • Online and offline applications are available for category B admissions. There is an admissions office inside the institution where students may collect physical copies of application forms.

In order to apply online:

  • At the top of the website, click on the "Apply for Category B" link.
  • Take a copy of the form and fill it out with the necessary information.

Dear Student,

Unfortunately the decision to remove TS EAMCET 2025 exam centres from Andhra Pradesh falls under the jurisprudence of Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Hyderabad (JNTUH). As per the statement released by a senior official, the decision has been made after Telangana State Government sought legal advice and dropped the 15% non local seats in Andhra Pradesh. Therefore, AP students are no longer eligible for 'non local' quota seats in colleges across Telangana.

We hope this answers your query. Good luck!

Dear Student,

As per the official test zones released by JNTU Hyderabad, there are no TS EAMCET 2025 exam centres in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh. The examination will be conducted in 54 cities across Telangana. Therefore, you will have to travel to Telangana in order to take the TS EAMCET entrance exam. However, if you are from Andhra Pradesh and want B.Tech admission in your state, then you may apply for the AP EAMCET exam instead. As per the latest information brochure released by the authorities, only Telangana residents are eligible for TS EAPCET. Andhra Pradesh students cannot apply for the TS EAPCET 2025 exam. If you are from Telangana then only fill out the TS EAPCET application form before April 4, 2025. Otherwise, apply for AP EAMCET, the registration for which will begin soon in March.

We hope this answers your query. Good luck!

Dear student,

To do a BSc in agriculture, candidates of the BC-D or OBC category should score between 680 and 2,500 approximately based on the ICAR AIEEA cutoff rank trends from previous years. While numerous institutes base admissions on Class 12 results, multiple universities administer entrance exams for BSc Agriculture, including AGRICET, CUET, MHT CET, CG PAT, ICAR AIEEA, and others. The admission cutoff rank range for these exams varies from one year to another. The basic qualifications for a prospective student's acceptance to the BSc Agriculture program, however, are that they must have completed their 12th grade in the Science major with either Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Biology (PCMB) or PCB disciplines with at least of 55% aggregate marks from an accredited educational board.

Dear Student,

Unfortunately, being a resident of Odisha you are not eligible to apply or sit for the TS EAMCET exam. This is because as per the TS EAMCET 2025 eligibility criteria, only those candidates who are domicile of Telangana or Andhra Pradesh states can appear for the entrance exam. However, if you want to pursue undergraduate engineering degree, then you may apply for OJEE exam that is held exclusively for students in the state. Registration for OJEE 2025 is ongoing till March 20, 2025.

We hope this information was useful to you. Good luck!
