The present site of polytechnic is located in Palsana taluka which is 35 Kms from Surat Railwaystation, 20 kms from Navsari Railwaystation and 15 kms from Bardoli Railwaystation. Palsana is located at inter section of N.H No. 8 (Bombay – Ahmedabad) and Sachin- Bardoli State High Way. The land is adjoing Palsana Baleshwar State road hence we have excellent approach throughout the year regardless of bad weather.

Campus Land use Pattern: Total area of land with trust is 6.2 acres available for the development. The trust presently has plan to utilize 1.5 acre land for Polytechnic college building and amenities.

Campus Design Concept: The whole building has been designed in "U" fashion to efficiently cater very essential need of fresh air and ventilation. The central part of each building will be kept open to sky for enhanced vortex air flow viz. OTS and a little garden with a lawn is created on ground floor, which adds flavor of freshness and relaxation like current structure of polytechnic.
