Dear Student,

No, having a minimum of 50% in bachelors degree is important to be eligible for B.Ed course in JIS University, Kolkata as this is the minimum educational requirement. You need to have these marks in any program from a recognised university. Even if you have 52 marks in your masters degree, you will not be able to apply for the B.Ed course. There might be some relaxation offered for students belonging to different categories. Further, you also need to ensure that you hold Indian citizenship as well as original documents of marksheets and certificates. Students who are in their final year of bachelors or students who have cleared the last qualifying exam in graduation and are waiting for their final results are also eligible to apply for B.Ed program, however, they need to provide your original documents of marksheets and certificates at the time of counselling process.
