Overall: this univeristy is amazing in every course espicially in BTech, there are 13 clubs to develop skills in students and 2 annual fest 1st is sabrang cultural fest and another is spardha sports fest

Placement: JKLU have 100 percent placement assistance, which is very much helpful to all students as this univeristy is only from Jk group of organisation there is no problem in core placement

Overall: this univeristy is amazing in every course espicially in BTech, mess food is nice, infrastructure is amazing, hostels are amazing,placements are amazing

Overall: There a lot of autonomy and flexibility in what we want to learn at JKLU. Through there is a broad outline of what we have to do and are not left entirely unguided by the profs. With the broad outline in mind, we start to navigate the structure on our own and do need constant permissions/approvals of the faculty. There is freedom of knowledge that we enjoy the most which comes with certain amount of responsibility. The progress of our project is constantly monitored through trackers and delivery of the projects. Such a model of learning helps us to follow our curiosity and to pursue a new interest. The engineering students often sit through classes of design (B.Des) and try to learn what is design thinking and how it can applied while creating a new product. Or the management students sit in our classes to understand the technicalities of the product that they want to launch and build upon as their startup idea.

Placement: If you are a student who have a specific company in mind and would really want to get in, then JKLU placement cell will try best to reach out the specified company and get them onboard for the placement drive on campus. All the students at JKLU get placed with the help of the on-campus placement drive, there are hardly any students who try to search for jobs all by themselves. All the time you keep hearing about the slowdown in the Indian economy and how the job market is in sad state. But trust me, when you the number of participating organizations coming to JKLU for hiring it is a moment of great optimism and the students are encouraged to apply for jobs. The highest salary package that was given to five of my seniors was 15 lakhs. It made me believe more in my capacities. It is very important that we keep learning new things and upgrading the knowledge that will help us to scale our professional graph even higher.

Overall: All the students at JKLU get placed with the help of the on-campus placement drive, there are hardly any students who try to search for jobs all by themselves. The sports equipments are all up to date and university has brand new multiple sets and the best quality of equipments. The faculty at JKLU is helpful. They make sure that we do not sit clueless through the class.

Small university with personal attention to the students. 10:1 student-faculty ratio. Application-based learning model focuses on providing opportunities to learn-by-doing- through state-of-the-art labs, Practice Schools, Centre for Entrepreneurship & Innovation, immersive internships and constant industry interface. Overall: University was established in 2011 and many people take it as a baby university and perceive it as other private universities around. But trust me ,it is not. Engineering program is designed with collaboration with Ollins University , USA which promotes experiential learning and MBA pinnacle program is one of its kind with top industry experts on board.
