Step 1: Online registration on www.gudiploma.nic.in.
Step 2: Online form filling and confirmation of registration.
Step 3: Download the registration slip.
Step 4: Upload the necessary document as per requirement.
Step 5: Online document verification by ACPDC.
Step 6: Documents verified.
Step 1: Ater the registration process, ACPDC will declare a merit list of all eligible candidates.
Step 2: Candidates must verily merit number and category as mentioned during the registration at www.gujdiploma.nic.in Or www.acpdc.co.in.
Step 3: After merit is declared the choice filing will be initiated online.
Step 4: Candidates may enter ‘Kalyan Polytechnic’ as their choice at www.gujdiploma.nic.in.
Step 5: First round of choice filling will be the mock round based on the analysis given by the candidate. During this round candidates can make add colleges if they haven't secured admission yet.
Step 6: After the actual choice filing has concluded, ACPDC will allot admission on basis of merit and choices entered by the candidate.

Kalyan Polytechnic offers B.Voc programmes in two specialisations - information technology and production technology. Students who have passed Class 12 from a recognised board with any stream are eligible to apply for these two courses.
The institute offers admission to its various B.Voc programmes based on a student's merit in the Class 12 exam. It prepares and releases the Kalyan Polytechnic B.Voc merit list based on the marks obtained in Class 12. Students who make it to the merit list are offered final admission to the institute.
Kalyan Polytechnic Diploma programme is offered in five specialisations: computer engineering, mechanical engineering, civil engineering, electrical engineering and chemical engineering. The intake capacity for all these specialisation programmes is 60 each.
