The Medical College building also known as Academic Block has a total built up area is ….00 m2, and houses the pre-clinical and Para Clinical departments. The location of each department and facilities in the College building are as given below:

Kannur Medical College has separate hostel facilities for girls and boys. At present there are 2 hostel blocks for boys and 4 blocks for girls. More hostels are under construction. All the hostels are within the campus with walking distance to the college buildings. Hostels are well furnished with all necessary provisions to the students.
