The outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic resulted in the closure of all the institutions in the country. The education system was severely affected due to this reason. To save the education from further damage, there was no other choice but to resume it online. To keep the teaching-learning process in motion the Keshav Mahavidyalaya authority has taken an initiative to continue the education and the classes in an online mode with issues as less as possible. Students and teachers had easier access to study material for the courses thanks to a unique technique adopted by the college. The below initiatives were taken by the college toward the digitalization of education-
A new email address was created for every student of the college.
This email address became a medium to facilitate communication between students and faculty members.
Students can easily access any study material of their respective courses in Keshav e-classrooms.
Also, a user account was created for every student in the college for the website of the college.
Students can access their attendance, academic records, and internal assessment by logging in with a user-id and password for that account.
Through these initiatives, the Keshav Mahavidyalaya College was successful in lessening the pitfalls of the pandemic in the education and teaching-learning system.
The college has some rules and regulations that all the students should abide by during their studies. The regulations or disciplinary alerts are mentioned below-
It is unacceptable for students to take part in activities like ragging, which can harm a newcomer's mental state.
No student should practice any type of illegal activity like stealing.
There is a strict prohibition on students engaging in any activity that might cause damage to college property, such as walls, infrastructure, etc.
Using mobile phones is strictly prohibited during class time.
Playing music during class time through a mobile phone, i-pad, or any kind of music system is also strictly prohibited.

The Women’s Development Cell is a beautiful initiative by the Keshav Mahavidyalaya College. The Women’s Development Cell takes care of the state of women in society and spreads the concept of the necessity of Women's empowerment in society. As part of its mission, the cell promotes girls' access to higher education and encourages them to make a change in traditional views of society.
The Equal Opportunity Cell of the college was established on 27th June 2006 by the University of Delhi. The cell has several roles as mentioned below-
The cell takes care of barrier-free admission of students from every category, ethnicity, gender, and age.
The aim to set up such a cell was to meet the problems of admission of Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/ OBC / Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD) as soon as possible and ensure that every student regardless of his/her caste, race, category, disability and ethnicity gets the equal opportunity of education as others.
The Keshav Mahavidyalaya College continuously puts effort into improving the infrastructure of the cell so that the problem regarding the opportunity for education can be met easily.
The Keshav Mahavidyalaya College campus should be free from any illegal activities and harassment to keep the educational environment as peaceful as possible. The University of Delhi has taken an important step toward creating an environment inside the college that is free from violence, exploitation, and harassment so that no teaching or non-teaching staff feel awful working in the college. For this purpose, there is an INTERNAL COMPLAINTS COMMITTEE (ITC) in the Keshav Mahavidyalaya College which takes care of maintaining such an environment on the college campus. The main objective of the committee is to prevent or stop any kind of Sexual Harassment or Violence toward Women in the workplace.
