How to apply at the Undergraduate Registration Portal

Students must follow the below criteria to complete the Keshav Mahavidyalaya admission procedure

> Applicants must have a unique and valid email id to register in the portal. 

> As a first-time user, the applicant should register with the email id and provide a password to protect the account. 

> Applicants must not forget the email id and keep it handy as no other email id will be applicable for logging in to the portal. 

> Applicants should then fill in all the needed information in the application portal. 

> The applicants must submit accurate information and documentation while applying, as every piece of data will be verified later.

Steps to complete the admission procedure

> Then applicants must wait till the cut-offs are released. The university will release a minimum of five cut-offs. The University may conduct special drives if some seats are still left vacant. 

> A student eligible for admission to any college course must log in to the UG admission portal and complete the necessary steps. One applicant can choose only one course from one college. 

> There will be an online verification procedure where the documents uploaded by the applicant and the cut-off requirements and minimum qualifications will be verified by the course-in-charge and the college. 

> Once verified and the Keshav Mahavidyalaya College principal confirms admission, the applicant will receive a link in the portal's dashboard. They have to make payment in online mode within 24 hours. 

> If the candidate does not make the payment within the time frame allotted, the admission will be canceled.

> Students/candidates will be called for a physical verification process in the college. If the documentation provided by the candidate is found to be fake or false, admission will be canceled, and also the candidate will not receive any refund. 

For Entrance-based Course

Keshav Mahavidyalaya, New Delhi, has only one course for which admission is mainly based on an entrance test. For Bachelor of Management Studies applicants should qualify Delhi University Entrance Test. Here are the steps to complete the admission process for the BMS course. 

> The application process for undergraduate registration in the portal of the University of Delhi is the same as in the case of the merit-based admission process. The institute being a constituent of the University of Delhi, students have to log in to the University's admission portal. The applicants must register on the website with a valid email id and pay the registration fees. 

> Then the applicants have to register separately for the entrance test and wait for the necessary notifications about the entrance. The National Testing Agency will conduct the entrance test and establish the rules and regulations. 

> Applicants to Keshav Mahavidyalaya should then attend the entrance test positively. 

> After the result is released, the final rank for admission will be decided. 65% weightage will be given upon the entrance score, and 35% weightage will be given on the score of the qualifying examination of XII. 

> In case of repeated ranks or tie for a rank, priority will be given to-.

- The candidates with higher XII marks aggregate four subjects with the highest marks, including one language subject. 

- Candidate applying to Keshav Mahavidyalaya with a higher entrance test score. 

- Candidate with higher marks in XII exam in aggregate of five subjects with highest marks including one language subject.

- The candidate is older by age. 

> After the declaration of the result, candidates will have the chance to alter their preferences of college and course. However, candidates cannot change their preferences once they finalize the same. 

> The candidate will be allotted college as per their ranking and preferences. 

> Keshav Mahavidyalaya will conduct an online verification process to verify the documentation provided by the candidates. 

> Once the principal confirms the admission, the candidate will receive a link through which they have to pay the due fees of courses and college. 

> The students then have to attend the physical verification process, as instructed by the college.

Details about the Entrance Test

Delhi University Entrance Test is an online test for students who want to be admitted to any constituent college of the Delhi University for certain courses like BMS, BA(H)BE, B.El.Ed, BA(H)MMC, etc. For admission in the Keshav Mahavidyalaya BMS course, the student must appear in the DUET or Delhi University Entrance Test. From 2019, the responsibilities of this entrance test have been handed over to the National Testing Agency. 

> Mode of Examination: It will be a Computer-Based Test (CBT). 

> Number of Questions: There will be 100 questions to attend for the students who want to join Keshav Mahavidyalaya.

> Type of the Questions: The questions will be multiple choice or MCQ type

Duration of the Examination: Candidates will be given a maximum of 120 minutes. 

Marking Procedure: Four marks will be awarded for each correctly answered question. A deduction of one mark shall be carried out for every wrong answer. No marking will be given (or deducted) for unattended questions.

Keshav Mahavidyalaya Admission 2024 Dates

The dates for the admission process and application procedures of Keshav Mahavidyalaya to commence in 2023 have not been released yet. However, it can be predicted from the relevant dates from last year and other years. The registration process typically starts in May. The schedule was disturbed after the pandemic occurred. Last year the online registration process began in August. This year it is thought that the registration procedure will start in June-July. 

In 2021, the online registration procedure started on 1st August 2021. The first cut-off of Keshav Mahavidyalaya was released on 30th September 2021. In 2019, the admission procedure started on 30th May 2019, and the first cut-off was declared on 20th June 2019.

No, Keshav Mahavidyalaya does not offer PhD courses. The college offers undergraduate, diploma, certificate, and, add-on courses. These degrees are offered in streams like Commerce, Mathematics, Physical Science, Mathematical Sciences, Electronics, Computer Science, Management Studies, Psychology, etc. For the add-on courses,  Radio Broadcasting is a popular course and certificate and diploma programs are also available at the college for German and French. All the Keshav Mahavidyalaya courses are affiliated with the University of Delhi.

Sorry to inform you that Keshav Mahavidyalaya does not offer PhD in English. You can check other colleges which offer PhD in english. Keshav Mahavidyalaya offers Certificate, B.Sc., UG Diploma, B.A., BBM/BMS, B.Com courses.
