Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute of Management, also known as LBSIM Delhi, has concluded its placement session for the 2020-2022 session. Despite the Covid-19 pandemic, the placement session of the institute witnessed decent placement offers. 70% of students have been placed and more than 53 firms have participated in the placement drive of LBSIM so far. Out of this, 20% of the recruiters are first-time recruiters. The Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute of Management average package was Rs 11.3 lakh and the highest package offered was Rs 25.91 lakh.
Around 86 firms participated in the LBSIM placement session in 2021 and proposed 290+ offers in top fields like finance, sales and marketing, HR, general management, and many others. Many first-time recruiters like Microsoft, Barclays, and, Phonepe also gave the LBSIM students employment opportunities. The highest package in 2021 was Rs 32 lakh per annum and the average package was Rs 9.6 lakh per annum. More than 60 firms have provided internship offers for the 2020-2022 batch and the highest stipend offered has been Rs 96,500 followed by an average package of Rs 19,500.
