LBIIHM Delhi placement cell provides training and placement assistance to the students with a minimum of 85% attendance. Students undergo On-The-Job banquet training in various five-star hotels like The Taj Palace, Hyatt Regency, The Imperial, Radisson, Grand Inter-continental, Claridges, Crowne Plaza Surya, Radisson MBD, City Park, etc. 

Students of Lakshya Bhartee Institute Of International Hotel Management were invited by celebrity chef Sanjeev Kapoor to Amritsar on the occasion of the 10th anniversary of Khana Khazana on Zee TV. As a part of On-The-Job training, the LBIIHM placement team also sends the students to provide services in various functions like India Today Conclave, Agha Khan Award, World Economic Forum Meet, World Bank Meet, Young present organization meet by Mr and Mrs Ambani, Wills lifestyle fashion week, etc. 

To develop soft skills in the students, the LBIIHM Delhi placement cell arranges regular sessions on business communication, leadership skills, interview skills, time and stress management, presentation skills, decision making, conflict management, etc. 

Every year, the most eligible students of LBIIHM are sent to countries like USA, UK, Malaysia, and Dubai for industrial training during their vacations. Recently, a batch of students was sent to “The Meydan Hotel” in Dubai to undergo training in all the core areas of hotel management viz. Front office, F & B service, Food production, and Housekeeping. Apart from the work experience, students also earned a handsome amount of stipend in this program. 

As the institute provides the students with various opportunities to learn to work in professional settings, their chances of employment also increase. Students of LBIIHM have been placed in five-star establishments in the hospitality industries like St Regis, Crowne Plaza, The Meydan, Palm Garden Hotel IOI Resort, The Park, Kuwait Airlines, Singapore Airlines, Shangri-La, The Lalit, Hyatt, Ramada Plaza, Le Meridien, Oberoi, etc.
