MIMS admissions are based solely on merit in 12th grade exam. There is no separate entrance exam required for selection. Candidates need to fill out the application form available on the MIMS website or through the college office. Admission to Maharajas Institute of Medical Science is done on the basis of the total marks obtained in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology for selection. If shortlisted, candidates will undergo a medical examination by authorised personnel to verify their physical fitness. Upon passing the medical exam, they can confirm their seats by paying the first-year fees.
