Mata Raj Kaur Institute of Engineering and Technology Training and Placement Cell of the Institute has successfully provided placements to the students who seek a professional career in their respective fields. They have liaisons with top brands like Asian Paints, Mitsubishi, and NIIT- through which the T&P Cell has maintained a stellar record of campus placements over the years. Apart from placements, students have the opportunities to indulge in training, internships and industrial tours and visits that strengthen their experience. The Institution supports the T&P Cell by providing all necessary help in terms of infrastructure and technology. The T&P Cell is backed by conference halls, seminar halls, testing halls etc that help the students get acquainted with the different interview modules.
Going by the placements from the previous years, placements in 2022 has a good scope with students getting plenty of opportunities from visiting companies for jobs and placements.
As per the data available, a total number of 171 students were placed in the year 2021 with an average package of 2.5 lakhs per annum. The highest package went up to INR 3 lakhs per annum. About ten companies visited the college for recruitment and many students found placements through campus recruitment drives.
