MICA Ahmedabad Placements 2023 - Average & Highest Package, Percentage

MICA placement report 2023 has been released by the university. As per the data, the institute concluded the latest placement season with 100% placements. A total of 173 students appeared for the placement rounds at MICA, and all of them were placed successfully. MICA highest package for 2023 was recorded at Rs 36 LPA. The average package offered stood at Rs 20.09 LPA, while the median package received by the students was Rs 19 LPA. The average CTC for the top 25 reached Rs 31.43 LPA during MICA placements 2023. During the placement rounds 2023, analytics, BFSI & consulting emerged as the top sectors, with 39 offers made. Companies such as Adani, Accenture, Parimal, GSK, Cognizant, Amul, and others recruited students from the institute in 2023. 

• The placement percentage remained the same at 100% for both 2022 and 2023.
• The highest package offered declined by 37.5% in 2023 compared to 2022. It was Rs 57.51 LPA in 2022 and became Rs 36 LPA in 2023.
• The 2023 average package (Rs 20.09 LPA) witnessed a 5.4% increase compared to 2022 (Rs 19 LPA).
• The median package offered in 2023 increased by 11% compared to 2022.
• The total number of students placed in 2023 (173 students) was 35 less than the number of students placed in 2022 (208 students).

The highest package offered during MICA placements 2023 was Rs 36 LPA, while it was RS 57.51 LPA in 2022. 

Students at the institute received the highest package of Rs 36 LPA during the placement rounds 2023. MICA highest package decreased by Rs 21.51 LPA from 2022 to 2023.

During MICA placements 2022, the highest package offered to the students was Rs 57.71 LPA. 

During placements 2023, MICA average package offered stood at Rs 20 LPA. There was an increase of around Rs 1.09 LPA in the average package compared to the last year.

The average package received by the students at the institute in 2022 stood at Rs 19 LPA.

MICA placements attract a number of top recruiters from leading industries like FMCG, IT/ ITeS, FMCD, Media & Advertising, Analytics, BFSI & Consulting, and others. In 2023, Analytics, BFSI & Consulting were the top recruiting sectors from the institute. It extended a total of 39 offers during the MICA placement season 2023. On the other hand, IT/ ITeS became the top recruiting sector of 2022 with a total of 94 offers made. Some of the leading recruiters of 2023 were Accenture, Amul, Adani, JustDial, Parimal, and many others.
