How Many Attempts in JEE Mains? Candidates can take the JEE Mains exam six times in three consecutive years. For example, if a student has appeared for the class 12th board in 2025, then he/she can take the JEE Main exam in 2025, 2026, and 2027, respectively. The JEE Main exam is conducted twice a year—the January session and the April session—which makes it 6 times in 3 years. However, there is no age limit to appear for the JEE Mains exam; candidates can appear for the JEE Mains till they fulfill the JEE Main eligibility criteria.

NIT M.Tech CSE Cutoff 2025: NIT MTech CSE cutoff 2025 will be released during CCMT counselling likely in June 2025 after each round of seat allotment. Computer Science Engineering (CSE) is one of the most opted engineering specializations and therefore there is tough competition for CSE seats in NITs. Scoring the NIT M.Tech CSE cutoff 2025 is not a cakewalk. NIT MTech EE Cutoff 2025: NIT M.Tech Electrical Engineering cutoff 2025 will be released during the CCMT counselling 2025 after each round of seat allotment. Students have to score equal to or higher than the NIT M.Tech EE cutoff 2025 to get Electrical Engineering admission at NIT. As per the CCMT previous year's closing rank, the NIT Hamirpur Electrical Engineering (Power System) cutoff for ST was 240-240 and the NIT Sikkim M.Tech in Electrical Engineering (Power Electronics and Drives) cutoff for the Open category was 371-364. However, there are a number of other NITs that offer admission into other Mechanical Engineering specializations like Machine Design, Thermal Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Design Engineering, Production Engineering, etc at the postgraduate level based on the GATE exam scores. The NIT M.Tech Mechanical Engineering Cutoff 2025 is decided by a variety of criteria, including the GATE 2025 exam, difficulty level, students' performance in the exam, student’s category, previous year's cutoff, number of students participating, etc. In general, the highest GATE cutoff for NITs is between 700 and 800, with a minimum cutoff of 400 to 500. As a result, a score between 600 and 700 is regarded as a good performance on the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering.
