All ISBM campuses have a good placement service for the students to benefit from. The placement cell works tirelessly to provide students with golden opportunities for placements. ISBM Mulshi has always viewed placements as one of the most important aspects of a student’s career and the placement is responsible for helping the students turn their dreams into a reality. Many globally and nationally acclaimed companies have recruited from the Institute and it has produced many corporate executives and business leaders. 

The data provided by the Placement cell shows that a total of 37 students from PGDM have successfully received placements in the 2022 placements. These students were all placed in different capacities in companies across the country. Deloitte, ICICI Bank, and Magicpin were the topmost recruiters for 2022. 

The placement cell is the backbone for ensuring a good future for the students of ISBM Mulshi. The main vision of the placement cell is to be able to provide all the assistance that students may require to land good placement positions in the industry. The placement cell helps the students navigate through their career choices while also helping them grow and develop as individuals. They have workshops, seminars and guest lectures aimed to motivate and inspire the students. 

In the year 2021, the highest package offered to the students of ISBM Mulshi was Rs 14 lakhs per annum.

An average of Rs 7.2 lakhs was the salary package received by most students who received placements during the 2021 placement drive. 

In the year 2021, a total of 54 students secured placements in various companies through the campus recruitment drive. Companies like Yes Securities, ICICI Bank, and ITC were the top recruiters. 

The students become a part of the placement process once they reach the final or pre-final years of their courses depending on the eligibility set by a particular company. They have to register with the placement cell and keep regular tabs on the campus placement dates, job profiles and the company’s eligibility criteria.
