Overall: NiT is a good college in kolkata. Best of the part is in EIE department the faculties are so friendly and motivative so that we get some fresh and some thing better then others.

Placement: 2016-2020 batch got a good placement. There are many mnc's like Accenture visited on our campus and got jobs several students. TPO cell organized several training classes to get job easily. Thanks to tpo cell

Infrastructure: Lab infrastructure is good. Lab is well equipped with required facilities. We used our lab for innovation also. Even we worked in our lab in off days also on basis of requirement.

Faculty: I will say best because in EIE department faculties are so friendly they are available in everyday everywhere we need them. From visiting top most research institute to making a robot they always inspired us.

Hostel: Hostel facility is good. Girls hostel is inside of the campus and boys hostel just aside of the college. It takes 5-6 mins in walking. Although college has arranged bus to get students into the hostel.

Overall: After spending 3 years I can say my college is one of the best private colleges I have visited. There are opportunities for everyone. If want to study good with hard work and go for a higher ambition then teachers are present to motivate you and provide all kind of help you need. If you on want a job then there is also good IT sector campusing record for last few years and you will get training also for that before going to interview.

Placement: In my college good campusing regarding IT sectors gob is provided and students are also trained before there campusing. There is also opportunities for core company jobs.

Infrastructure: All department have good laboratory facilities. We have a library and also a reading room. College canteen is also good. College surrounding is very clean.

Faculty: They always clear the basics basic knowledge of any subject to make a strong concept. The thing i like the most is teachers always motivates us to realize everything practically. The teachers always inspires us for making higher ambitions. They supportive and student friendly. Very good projects and research works are also done by student under the supervision of the teachers.

Hostel: According to the students who live at hostel they feel the place is safe for girls. The environment inside all hostels are good and also student friendly.

Overall: EVENTS -Future is the the big event conducted nationally which is special in our college. INTERNSHIP -Got placed in L&T with the knowledge that i have got from the college. COURSE CURRICULUM -First Class college for communication and other activities.

Placement: placement is still good of this college . Almost all of the students get placed except only those who actually does not want to be placed. The highest salary offered was 7 L last year , placement process is also not too difficult if you have good knowledge about yr studies & have well enough skills.

Faculty: 1)Understand and can help students learn and understand the general principles of their discipline (e.g., the processes and limits of the scientific method). Provide students with an overview of the whole domain of the discipline. 2)Possess sufficient knowledge and understanding of their own and related sub disciplines that they can answer most students’ questions or know how to help students find appropriate information. 3)Keep their knowledge about a field of study current through an active research program or through scholarly reading and other types of professional engagement with others in their immediate and related disciplines (e.g., participation in professional meetings and workshops). 4)Are genuinely interested in—and passionate about—the course materials they are teaching. Practicing scientists, mathematicians, and engineers understand and appreciate the infectious enthusiasm that accompanies original discovery, application of theory, and design of new products and processes. Conveying that sense of excitement is equally important in helping students appreciate more fully the subject matter being taught.
