National neuroimaging facility, sponsored by the Department of Biotechnology, Govt. of India, came into existence in the year of 2006. The main purpose this National Facility to facilitate/support cutting edge brain imaging research. The facility is equipped with four state-of-the-art types of equipment. National Brain Research Centre gives amenities to its students in order to provide a stress-free learning environment in the classroom. It organises various cultural events for its students to allow them to demonstrate their abilities and develop their identities.
