They have aptitude tests, mock interviews, basic English grammar, and verbal communication skill development sessions aimed at the students. They also help the students train for personality development, proper interview etiquette, etc. Equipped with these skills and knowledge the students then have to face the final placement interview that takes place during the campus recruitments.
