A candidate hailing from commerce background can pursue B.Des Fashion Design from NIFT, Navi Mumbai if he/she fulfils the eligibility criteria of the course. The aspirant either must have completed class 12th from a recognised board of education or must have acquired ‘A’ pass grade in the Senior Secondary School Examination. Students who have qualified GCE (General Certificate Education) Examination (London/Cambridge/Sri-Lanka) at the Advanced (A) level/ International Baccalaureate (IB) or any Public School/Board/University Examination as equivalent to 10+2 system in India or in foreign countries recognized by the Association of Indian Universities can apply for the course.
