Overall: NIT Hamirpur is one of top engineering colleges among India.It has a great campus or we can one of most beautiful campus among all NITs. The views from the campus are amazing and mind pleasing.

Placement: Nit Hamirpur has a good scope in placements.But nowadays it's NIRF Ranking has fallen so, there is a less scope of placements. But it can be improved as NIRF ranking is in the hand of students studying there. So, if we perform well there is a great chance to get placed.

Infrastructure: The Infrastructure of NIT Hamirpur is truly amazing.It is located in Hamirpur district of Himachal Pradesh. The college is built based on Himachali traditional. It has buildings which are built like snowy areas.

Faculty: Faculty of NIT Hamirpur is also good.As I am in CSE department so faculty of my department is nice among all other departments.They are known for their kindness and good teaching skills.

Hostel: I reside in Ambika Girls Hostel in NIT Hamirpur. It is nice but one defect is that it is far away from lecture hall so we have to travel a large distance to attend lectures.

Overall: NIT Hamirpur offers a solid engineering education with a focus on practical learning. The campus infrastructure is decent, and the faculty is knowledgeable and supportive. However, there might be some issues with placements in certain branches. Overall, it's a good choice for pursuing engineering studies.

Many students secured placements in renowned companies like Microsoft, Amazon, Google, Deloitte, Tata Motors, etc. The average salary package offered varied depending on the branch and the company, but it generally ranged from 6 to 10 lakhs per annum.
