NIT Hamirpur Dual Degree (B.Tech+M.Tech) in Computer Science & Engineering Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility criteria for pursuing a B.Tech. + M.Tech. degree at NIT Hamirpur Hamirpur require candidates to have completed their 10+2 or equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as compulsory subjects. Additionally, candidates must have secured a minimum aggregate of 75% marks (65% for SC/ST category) in the qualifying examination. Furthermore, candidates need to qualify the JEE Main examination and be among the top 2,50,000 rank holders for admission to NITs. Shortlisted candidates are then required to participate in the JoSAA counseling process and secure a seat in the B.Tech. program at NIT Hamirpur. Upon successful completion of the B.Tech. program, candidates can opt for the M.Tech. program based on their academic performance and other selection criteria set by the institute.

Overall: Good college and staff, worth every single penny ,I got a good placement of starting package worth 20 lpa with many facilities in an metro city , I'll highly recommend this university

Placement: During my placement year around 50 companies visited our university and I can surely say job offer were given at a very satisfactory rate to everyone

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is very good and navigation friendly , you'll surely get a vibe after taking admission in this college.

Faculty: There are many faculty present in this university. Sports are also taken seriously in this university while studies are given top priority.

Hostel: Hostel are basics but can surely say they are much better than surrounding one's, during summer the need of ac arises rest all is good.
