Overall: From my experience, studying mechanical engineering at PSG College of Technology was a transformative journey. The college provides a strong academic foundation paired with practical learning opportunities like lab sessions and industrial visits. While the curriculum is challenging, it prepares students to excel in core engineering roles, research, or higher studies. What I cherised most was the vibrant campus life - there was always something happening, whether it was technical fests or cultural events, which helped in shaping both my professional and personal growth. Furthermore, the connection we develop during our academic studies often turn into lifelong bonds. PSG'ians (alumni network) are available everywhere around the world, across various sectors ranging from junior roles to CEOs. I've personally experienced this when meeting alumni internationally, even those I didn't know during my college days - hahaha ! This strong and supportive network is one of the unique strengths of PSG College of Technology.

Placement: Placement opportunities at PSG were quite impressive. During my final year, reputed companies from various sectors, including core mechanical engineering, visited the campus for recruitment. While core jobs were competitive, there were also opportunities in IT and other domains, giving students flexibility to choose their career paths. The placement cell provided good support through mock interviews and resume-building workshops, which helped me feel confident during the placement process.

Infrastructure: While I was studying, the infrastructure was good enough to support our academic needs. The labs were well-equipped, and the library was a treasure trove of resources, offering a vast collection of technical books, research journals, and digital resources that were immensly helpful for both coursework and self-learning. However, the classrooms were quite traditional with rows of benches, which felt a bit outdated compared to modern learning environments. If the seating arrangement were redesigned into a circular or amphitheatre style like IIMs, it could significantly enhance interaction and engagement during lectures, especially for group discussions or presentations. The campus also featured good recreation facilities, but improving the ergonomics and ambiance of study spaces could further enrich the student experience. This is just a suggestion based on my experience, but things might have changed now as I graduated in 2018.

Faculty: During my time at PSG, the faculty in the mechanical engineering department were highly knowledgeable and experienced. They were approachable and willing to clear doubts, which made learning a lot easier. Some professors went the extra mile to involve students in projects and technical competitions, which gave me practical exposure. Ofcourse, like anywhere else, the teaching style varied from one professor to another, but overall, the facutly played a significant role in shaping our career.

Hostel: Staying in the PSG Tech Hostel was a memorable experience, though it had its share of pros and cons. The hostels were generally well-maintained, and events like Movie Night, the Hostel fest (with amazing veg and non-veg dinner) added a lot of fun to the routine. The mess was divided into two portions - one is South Indian and North Indian mess. The South Indian mess food was decent but could get monotonous, and I preferred eating at North Indian or at PSG IM canteen, which served delicious North Indian foods, though it was a pricey. One thing I enjoyed was the 1 to 1.5 km walk between the hostel and classrooms, which kept me active and healthy. However, there were some negatives too. During peak admission seasons, the hostels could feel overcrowded, leading to minor inconveniences like long waits for facilities. Despite these issues, the overall experience of staying in the hostel was enjoyable and helped me form lasting friendships.

Overall: Educational facilities: smart classrooms, seminar hall, labs, library, canteen. Other infrastructure: indoor games room, gymnastic, stationary shops. This provide us best education, experience and training also with well established placement. It's also facilitates with free ragging in campus. Placement is very good. Every student get good placement well reputed and renowned companies, curriculum was excellent.College provide us intership for better future and experience. This college have faculties, who are very educated, knowledge and experienced. They are very helpful and understandble well communication. They give there full efforts for betterment.Hostel safe and secure, 24×7 electricity, water supply, compartable infrastructure. They are giving us full efforts to study us and also they are arranging lots of quiz competition, debates, art and paints, cooking competation, dance, singing etc....... overall conclude that this college is a very good college.

Overall: Attending this university proved to be an incredibly rewarding endeavor for me. The exciting campus life, together with solid community feeling, have so far been the sweetest memory of my college years.

Placement: The college here boasts of a commendable track record in placements. Then the placement cell dauntlessly connect the students with well-known companies to do internship and job experience.

Infrastructure: Our college is equipped with modern infrastructure that meets the demands of student learning. The fact that a classroom is very well-outfitted, modern lab stations, and the extensive library resources are all indispensable contributions to my learning process.

Faculty: The college's academic staff is the best in town. The way they combined their knowledge and expertise in their specific fields together with their commitment to student success figures significantly in my academic career.

Hostel: College dorms are cozy and helpful. The housing spaces are kept neat and tidy, providing a safe and conducive relaxation area for the students Hostel staff should give enough assistance and amenities to student to make their stay more enjoyable.

Overall: The college is grean and clean. The internship experience is very good and a great opportunity to learn about the industrial aspects better. It has good Wi-Fi connectivity. The sports facilities are good.

Infrastructure: The college has excellent facilities like Wi-Fi, well-equipped labs, modern classrooms, and a vast library. Hostel facilities are good with clean rooms, and the mess/canteen offer decent food

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful, well-qualified, and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is good. The course curriculum is relevant to make students ready for the industry.

Hostel: The hostel in this college is newly constructed and the hostel facility will be good. Hostel infrastructure is also good and the hostel is near to college.

Overall: This college will be a terrific fit for you because it offers excellent facilities, staff, and a placement cell that could lead to wonderful opportunities in your future.

Placement: This college has a great placement cell that will assist you in boosting your self-esteem and interacting with other teams about your classes.its good

Infrastructure: This college has excellent infrastructure that will provide you with a pleasant environment. You will have a positive experience because of the great interior design and excellent classes.

Hostel: There is a lovely hostel at this campus that will provide you with a pleasant atmosphere and a positive impression of your surroundings. This will enable you to receive timely, high-quality meals and reliable internet access.

Overall: This college help you with your good knowledge and will try to encourage you. The overall college is very nice and will provide you good teaching staff and will definitely give you a better experience

Placement: This college has a great placement cell that will assist you in boosting your self-esteem and interacting with other teams about your classes.. it's good.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure of this college is well maintained and will give you good classrooms and qualified computer labs and auditorium . This also provides you nice environment.

Faculty: Faculty of this college is nice and well mannered. It will give a friendly environment and help you with college premises. You can come to them if you have any college related problems.

Hostel: Hostel of this college is very nice. It'll give you all the facilities such as internet connectivity, good rooms with quality food. The hostel has a safe and secure environment.,

Placement: the placements mostly the students who are having above 75% are placed early.The highest package 7.5LPA and average package is 4.5LPA. The placement process is not so easy as you have to be good in skills.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is well developed for the students may it be the transport or buildings. Each block is equipped with proper labs and libraries and also has the security guards all around for the safety of the students. Each lab has all the items required in order to perform the desired task.

Faculty: All the faculty members in our college make the best efforts trying to give students the knowledge. The clinical staff provide students with the best skills.

Hostel: There is no hostel for students but there are many pg near by the campus area so no students can face any problem with it and public transport Is also available outside the college

Placement: The placement rate is good. M The maximum placement happens in the litigation type of roles Various private sector companies and few NGOs and other institutes also come for recruitment.

Faculty: University provides access to experienced and highly knowledgeable faculty members. Their areas of expertise range from business and management, to sports and event management, computer science and engineering, law, media and communication, and more.

Hostel: The hostel are very good provide excellent facility with ac seprate bathroom etc. the food qualities are good the registration process for hostel are smooth.

Overall: The college has good infrastructure and having good management. The college is so neat and clean. The college canteen has clean food that provides to all of us on the campus

Faculty: The College has well qualified and experienced faculty as well as some new enthusiastic young blood faculties. More than a lecturer they seems to be a friend of students.

Hostel: Hostel facilities are commendable, with good quality food served in the hostel mess. Medical and sports amenities are also available in the hostel, and the hostel canteen service is efficient.

Overall: The college's infrastructure is something to really look forward to as it exhibits modern facilities tailored to the different requirements of students.

Placement: The hostel amenities at the college are accommodating and perfectly in place. Living spaces are clean and ensure the residence of students is safe and homemely. The hostel boasts a good messing with a wide range of healthy meals, and the staff is very friendly and very supportive. This helps to integrate the students.

Infrastructure: The college professors merit talk about. They are aware, nice, and with the wings and horns. The professors of the program first step is to make sure that, all the students, understand the material very well and are ready to help wherever it is needed. Indeed, these educators tirelessly serve the cause of students, and by so they deserved our thanks indeed.

Faculty: The college holds a high level of reputations in placement of graduates. The career office, on the other hand, does not just bring the students to the best companies in town but also to the world of competitive employment.

Hostel: I have really enjoyed studying at this university because I have had a wonderful experience here. On campus there is a friendly and comforting atmosphere, giving a feeling of community among students.
