Late Applications Notice for Admissions 2025-26 - Late applications submitted after 5:00 PM on May 9, 2025 (Friday) will be considered only after the 1st Rank List is released. Applicants must ensure that they enter their details, 12th marks, and upload necessary documents including Aadhaar, 10th, 11th, and 12th marksheets, and community certificate before the deadline. TNHSE Board Admission Counselling Details - The TNHSE Board Admission Counselling is scheduled to start on 11th May 2025 (Sunday). Candidates are advised that counselling details will be emailed to them on 9th May 2025 after 11:00 PM. Additionally, applicants must enter their details, including 12th marks, and upload necessary documents such as Aadhaar, 10th, 11th, and 12th marksheets, and community certificate before 5:00 PM on 9th May 2025. Spot Admission Begins for UG Self-Financed Programmes - Spot Admission for various UG Self-Financed programmes will commence on 8th May 2025 at 12:30 PM in Q Block. The following programmes are available for spot admission: BA Tamil, BA English, BA Carnatic Music, B.Sc. Visual Communication (Electronic Media), B.Sc. Catering Science & Hotel Management, B.Voc Food Processing Technology, B.Voc Hospitality Management, B.Voc Networking and Mobile Applications, B.Voc Banking Stock and Insurance, B.Sc. Mathematics, B.Sc. Mathematics with Computer Applications, B.Sc. Biochemistry, B.Sc. Electronics, B.Sc. Physics, and B.Sc. Chemistry. Candidates can attend the Admission Counselling from the first day of publication of the 12th TNHSE Board results or equivalent. Note that there are no transfers allowed between programmes once admitted.

Generation of overall Rank List & Publication of Admission Counselling details - Counselling date and slots will be intimated to the applicants through mail and in application login page on 11.06.2024.

Admission Criteria Notice - Admission is based on the percentage in Part – III marks scored by the candidates. If the applicant has failed to pass all mandatory papers or failed in any subject in sixth semester, admission will be cancelled.

Admission Re-Counselling Process - If the candidate is not able to attend the admission counselling in the allotted date and slot, they can apply for re-counselling by raising the request in the admission help mail (admission@psgcas.ac.in) or in-person at admission office. Re-counselling will be done according to available vacancies, and only candidates with valid reasons will be permitted.
