About Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Petroleum Technology

Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Petroleum Technology has invited applications for admission into B.Tech, M.Tech and MBA programmes. Admission to B.Tech course at Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Petroleum Technology is based on the performance of the candidates in the JEE Advanced. Candidates need to clear JEE Main before registering for JEE Advanced. JEE Main Session 1 results will be out on February 12, 2024. The registration for JEE Main 2024 Session 2 has started and will continue till March 2, 2024. The online registration process for the JEE Advanced application is going to start on April 21, 2024, and will end on April 30, 2024. The last day to pay the registration fees for the exam is going to be May 6, 2024. The JEE Advanced 2024 admit card will be released on the official website and can be downloaded from May 17 to May 26, 2024. The entrance exam is scheduled to be conducted on May 26, 2024, with paper 1 from 9 am - 12 pm and paper 2 from 2:30 pm - 5:30 pm. JoSAA counselling process 2024 is expected to start from on June 10, 2024.  Admission in M.Tech at RGIPT is done through GATE. IISc Bangalore has released the GATE 2024 schedule on its official website for the academic year 2024. RGIPT also accepts admission for MBA programmes. A valid score in CAT is considered for admission in MBA at RGIPT.
