All the 4 class rooms of the first batch were equipped with Networked Computers with LCD projector for Multimedia Presentations, Teak wood furniture, imported green glass Magnetic chalk boards etc. The laboratories required for first year in Physics and Chemistry departments and the workshop required in Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics and Civil engineering departments were fully equipped. A drawing hall containing modern adjustable drawing boards was also made available for use. An advanced Computer Lab with 60 networked Pentium-4 terminals was established. A language lab to train the students in English, Hindi, French, German, Arabic and Japanese languages was also established with necessary audio support from Linguaphone Institute Ltd, London. A vast reference library which can accommodate 150 students at a time and issue library with text books and reference books was established with a well qualified librarian and necessary supporting staff. Library is being digitalized.

The NSS Unit was started in our college in the year 2005. "Serving Humanity with Pride "is the motto. The overall objective of the scheme is educational and service to the community. The NSS scheme is aimed at developing the overall personality of the students in such a way so that the students emerge as responsible individuals encompassing the virtues of life. The various program conducted by the NSS have brought about a remarkable change in their outlook and their attitude towards life and society.

Sahrdaya has special clubs for students to discover and develop their latent potentials. Clubs are available for variety of activities. Quiz club has been formed with the objective to train the students to actively participate in various inter-collegiate and state level competitions. Other clubs such as Maths Club, Technical Clubs are also coming up. Quiz Club is to update the knowledge of the students in various fields like academic, General Knowledge, Analytical abilities, Quantitative reasoning, etc. Quiz programs are conducted at regular intervals during each academic year for the betterment of students. Awards and certificates are distributed to the winners during the college Annual Day. 

Quiz Club constitutes students from multi diversified departments who are responsible for conducting quiz program.
