The institute offers two courses in Pharmacy, namely B.Pharm and D.Pharm.Candidates can take admissions in these programmes after completing Class 12 and they will have to go through the admission selection criteria to ensure they earn a seat. Bachelor of Pharmacy

  • The selection process for the Sakshi College of Pharmacy B.Pharm course is on the basis of completion of Class 12 from a recognised board. Physics and Chemistry must be compulsory subjects. The candidate must also have either Biology or Mathematics as one of the subjects at the 10+2 level.

Diploma of Pharmacy

  • The admission criteria for the Sakshi College of Pharmacy D.Pharm course is on the basis of completion of Class 12 or any other equivalent qualification approved by the Pharmacy Council of India and recognised by the Government of India. Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects and either Biology or Mathematics must be there.

Students are evaluated on the basis of academic performance, admission tests, interview performance, work experience, and co-curricular achievements. Students are required to apply online via the official website of the institution or at the campus directly.

  • Tribe Validity Certificate (Only applicable to ST).

Miscellaneous Documents

  • Gap Certificate (if applicable).
  • Certificate of change of name if applicable published in the Government Gazette.
  • Three passport-size colour photographs.
  • Two sets of self-attested copies of the above documents.
  • Necessary Certificate for J&K / NRI Student.
  • Domicile of the father in case of the ward of Ex-Servicemen.
  • Blood Group
  • Original Transfer Certificate/Leaving Certificate.
  • Original Migration Certificate.
  • Original Character Certificate.

Sakshi College of Pharmacy Eligibility Criteria

Candidates seeking Sakshi College of Pharmacy B.Pharm admissions need to meet the following eligibility criteria:

  • Students must have passed an intermediate examination from the UP Board or 10+2 level examination or its equivalent from a recognised board.
  • Physics and Chemistry must be there as compulsory subjects along with Mathematics or Biology as one of the other subjects.
  • Candidates who have completed the 2nd year diploma from institutions recognised by the UP board of technical education in pharmacy with at least 60% marks are eligible for admission to the second year of B.Pharm.

Candidates willing to apply for Sakshi College of Pharmacy D.Pharm admissions need to clear any of the following examinations with Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects and Biology/ Mathematics as one of the other subjects.

  • An intermediate exam or 10+2 level exam with a science stream.
  • The first year of a 3-year-long degree course in Science.
  • Pre-degree exam.
  • Any other qualification approved by the PCI as equivalent to any of the examinations mentioned above.

-Must have any one of the subjects Biology/Mathematics

-Must have an aggregate of 50% marks

D.Pharm

-Must have passed Class 12 in Science stream from a recognised board/ intermediate examination in Science/any other equivalent examination approved by the PCI (Pharmacy Council of India)

Candidates are offered admission at Sakshi College of Pharmacybased on marks acquired in the qualifying exam. If seats still remain vacant, they are filled by direct admission on a per first-come, first-served basis.
