In order to facilitate SCMHRD Pune placements, the institute has in place a dedicated career assistance and guidance division. The institute encourages its students to take different career profiling and personality trait related tests so that they can evaluate and understand their own interests better that could ultimately help them pick the right field for themselves. Strong Interest Inventory (SII) and Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) are the two tests that SCMHRD Pune has incorporated in its placement and training techniques. While on one hand, SII determines the academic and occupational interests of a candidate, MBTI elaborates more on the personality of the individual.
