Application Procedure for SNAP 2024
Students are required to register and appear for the Symbiosis National Aptitude Test (SNAP) Compute Base Test 2024, which will be held on three days- 08th December 2024, 15th December 2024 & 21st December 2024.
Students can now apply at Symbiosis Centre for Management and Human Resource Development for the academic year 2024. SCMHRD admission 2023 is now open for the MBA programme.
Symbiosis Centre for Management and Human Resource Development is a top management institute located in Pune and is also a constituent institute of Symbiosis International (Deemed University). Symbiosis Centre for Management and Human Resource Development, or SCMHRD, conducts admissions known as Symbiosis National Aptitude Test (SNAP) for its MBA programme. Admissions are held on an annual basis at the institution. The SCMHRD admissions are based on marks scored by candidates in entrance exam, followed by a personal interview. The application mode for SCMHRD is completely online.
SCMHRD offers specialisation in the fields of HR, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Infrastructure Development and Management and Business Analytics. In previous years, SCMHRD has had a good placement record. This year, the SCMHRD also saw an exceptional placement push. In SCMHRD placement 2022, the highest package offered was Rs 35.50 lakh per annum, while the SCMHRD average package stood at Rs 20.40 lakh per annum. More than 140 firms engaged in the placement drive. Retail, E-commerce, and Ed-tech firms rendered the highest pay of the SCMHRD placement season 2022. SCMHRD also offered summer internship with the highest stiped of Rs 3.9 lakh per annum.

Library: More than 24000 books, over 2000 audio and video CDs, DVDs, and international and national business journals in a variety of leadership, business, entrepreneurship, and management-related fields are accessible at SCMHRD library. Students have sufficient space and resources to sit down and read about the subject of their choice.
Basic Amenities: Basic amenities include cafeteria, convenience store, and bus facility. Three meals are served each day in the mess, which offers a range of cuisines to meet the demands of the student body. The cafeteria offers its services until late at night to maintain students' energy levels up all day long. A juice bar and a Nescafe outlet are also located at SCMHRD campus. The institute also has a provisional store that meets the students' essential daily needs. SCMHRD offers a laundry service and a regular bus service to and from the campus and the Atur centre.
Hostel: Each student has access to on-campus housing options. SCMHRD hostel has separate buildings for its male and female students. Rooms are shared on triple sharing. Other services like laundry, twice-weekly room cleaning, and hot water supply are available at all times. The student's daily necessities are met by a temporary store and juice bar that is properly stocked.
Additionally, the boys' hostel's "Bala" shop makes sure that pupils never have to experience hunger pangs.
Computer labs: There are numerous computer laboratories on SCMHRD campus. Specialized labs such as SAP lab and Oracle lab is also available for the benefit of the students. The computer lab sessions are also a part of several core courses such as statistics, economics, marketing research and research methodology.

International Student ProgramsGlobalization is one of the most transformative forces of our times and it has not left any aspect of our lives untouched. Higher education too hasn’t been left untouched. The process of providing international exposure in the Post graduate program in rooted in the DNA of SCMHRD. As a constituent of Symbiosis International University, which fosters international understanding through quality education, SCMHRD does stand up to the vision of SIU.
At SCMHRD various opportunities are offered to students to gain international exposure. There are summer school s offered by Maastricht University, Munich University, Hanyang University, Bremen University, Telecom Ecole de Management etc. In addition to this there are opportunities provided to pursue dual degree and semester exchange in semester 1 and semester 4 respectively. The dual degree tie up is with Universities like Berlin School of Economics and Law, Telecom Ecole de Management and Deakin University. The semester exchange tie up is with ESC Rennes, Deakin University and RMIT Australia to name a few. SCMHRD seeks to increase tie-ups with other universities and endeavors to provide semester exchange opportunities to students across all semesters.
SCMHRD believes in the holistic process of internationalization which means that just as students get opportunities to travel abroad the faculty members too can avail themselves of the various opportunities presented to them. Similarly research scholars from reputed universities globally come for guest sessions at SCMHRD. To name a few Prof. Nezi Altey (Scholar from De Paul University Chicago), Scholar-in –residence George Wyeth (USA), Prof.Elizabeth Rose, Prof.Ram Mudambi (Temple University USA) have all been a part of SCMHRD’s pedagogical process.
