The Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSHSEB) will announce the GUJCET 2024 result on May 4, 2024 tentatively. Silver Oak University was founded in 2009 as one of the premier universities in the country, located in the heart of Ahmedabad city, Gujarat. Established as a part of Silver Oak Group of Institutes, it earned the status of a state private university by the Government of Gujarat under Gujarat Private Universities Act, 2009.

The Silver Oak University, Ahmedabad, is approved by University Grants Commission (UGC) and Gujarat Technical University (GTU). There are now two colleges under Silver Oak University. One is Silver Oak College of Engineering and Technology, and the other is Aditya Silver Oak Institute of Technology. Both the colleges are offering almost the same courses under different streams. The Aditya Silver Oak Institute of Technology has recently earned the National Board of Accreditation (NBA).
Beginning its journey with only 240 students, Silver Oak University has become one of the largest engineering campuses, with more than 8,500 students enrolled in different courses.

Silver Oak University Eligibility Criteria 2024
- Eligibility criteria for Silver Oak University UG courses are to pass the Class 12 exam with a suitable aggregate in the relevant discipline from any recognised board or institution. For some courses, passing an entrance exam is also mandatory.
- Silver Oak University admission criteria for MBA is very inclusive. The student must have completed either a bachelor's or master's degree in any discipline from a recognised university or institute with a minimum of 50% marks. Candidates with a bachelor's degree from an accredited university and three years of supervisory, managerial, or professional experience are also eligible.
- Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognised university with a minimum of 50% in aggregate to be eligible for admission to the Silver Oak postgraduate programmes. Students must clear specified entrance exams to pursue some master's degree programmes.
- For certification and diploma courses, passing the Class 10 exam or Class 12 exam is the sole criteria. The candidate must pass the GUJCET exam for a diploma in engineering subjects. A bachelor's degree is required for admission to postgraduate diploma programmes.
For Silver Oak B.Tech Admissions
- Silver Oak University selection criteria: Valid scores in JEE Main/ GUJCET exam.
- Eligibility criteria: Students must pass the Class 12 exam from a recognised board or institution with a minimum aggregate of 45% to be eligible for Silver Oak University, Ahmedabad B.Tech admissions. The applicant must have physics, chemistry, and mathematics as compulsory subjects.
For Silver Oak University MBA and MCA Admissions
- Selection criteria: CMAT entrance exam
- Silver Oak University eligibility criteria: Candidates must have completed BBA/ bachelor's degree in a relevant subject from a recognised university. Candidates must have attained 50% of the total aggregate marks to apply and should have a valid CMAT score.
