20 no's of classrooms, tutorial rooms and seminar halls with scientific lighting system and audio visual teaching aids.A well designed building with carpet area 4500 Sqft. The Central Library of the Institute presently consists of 500 no of titles 4500 volumes of text books and 1200 volumes of reference books. A computerized system with “Lib Sys” has been introduced to facilitate for online references and issuing of books for minimizing the queuing hurdles in Library also ensures availability of Audio-Visual and reprographic facilities. More than 700 international and national journals ( all IEEE, ASTM, JQATE journals including 250 open aces journals), magazines, back volumes of periodicals and national dailies are available in the Central Library. Book Bank facility is available to every student. The Library opens on all working days, on academic weekends and vacation.Digital Library of SITM is available inside the Central Library with Question Bank, Video Lectures (NPTEL) and is equipped with IBM server, Core 2 Duo workstations, internet connectivity and other relevant hardware & software.Transport system is available to help students commute within the city.
