As many as 1007 students participated in the placement drive out of which maximum i.e. 800 were from BCom (Hons). Placement: Our college placement cell is fantastic since we get internship possibilities in the second year of college and in the final semester, numerous firms such as Big4's, TCS, and others visit our campus for recruiting and our last year's first phase. The highest placement is 35 LPA, while the average is 13.25LPA. Students in the fifth semester are eligible for placements with no backlogs. Every important organization, including Bain, Deloitte, PWC, EY, Deutsche Bank, ICICI Bank, and others, makes more than enough placement offers ranging from 6 lakhs to 32 lakhs. Almost 90% of students who are interested in this get placed. This year, I was also hired by ICICI Bank with a salary of 9 lakhs. Various companies visit our campus and give internship opportunities for students in various job categories such as audit & tax, consulting, and so on. With a monthly allowance of Rs 35,000 on average.

A major financial business provided the highest package for the first phase (Sep 20–Dec 20), which was Rs 25 LPA. Although proposals submitted in the banking industry increased by 110%, many other firms also had similar growth trends, allaying any concerns about a hiring freeze. The number of offers for summer internships at SRCC increased by 142%, and the number of pre-placement offers hit a record high of 22 during the first phase. At the time, a stunning INR 1.5 lakh was the highest monthly salary. In the end, Accenture Strategy used hand-selection to choose young professionals from colleges for a variety of business domains, from consulting firms like McKinsey & Company and Bain Capability Network to finance organisations like Deutsche Bank and Citibank, as well as several first-time highest category recruiters like Kepler Cannon.
