SRCC Placements 2025: Highest & Average Salary Package, Top Companies

Placement: SRCC and placements are synonym of each other. The college has expectional placement record. The placement cell trains students and provide ample placement opportunities to them. The competition among students in very high at SRCC and one can't afford to miss a beat if he/she want job in a top notch company.

Placement: When it comes to placement, SRCC is second to none. The college has consistently maintained a record of more than 90% placement percentage. Top notch companies such as Google, Amazon, IBM, KPMG, Accenture hire SRCC students. Once you get into SRCC, there is no need to worry about placements, unless you have backlogs.

Placement: In the recently concluded placement season 2023-24, companies across Consulting, Finance, Operations, Marketing, Audit visited campus. Prestigious firms included McKinsey, BCG, Kearney, Blackstone, JP Morgan, Nomura, Avendus IB, O3 Capital and many more. Average Placements around 10 LPA. Highest Package at 35 LPA.

Placement: Our college placement cell is fantastic since we get internship possibilities in the second year of college and in the final semester, numerous firms such as Big4's, TCS, and others visit our campus for recruiting and our last year's first phase. The highest placement is 35 LPA, while the average is 13.25LPA. Students in the fifth semester are eligible for placements with no backlogs. Every important organization, including Bain, Deloitte, PWC, EY, Deutsche Bank, ICICI Bank, and others, makes more than enough placement offers ranging from 6 lakhs to 32 lakhs. Almost 90% of students who are interested in this get placed. This year, I was also hired by ICICI Bank with a salary of 9 lakhs. Various companies visit our campus and give internship opportunities for students in various job categories such as audit & tax, consulting, and so on. With a monthly allowance of Rs 35,000 on average.

The placement cell conducts all placement activities at the institute. The highest CTC offered at the college is Rs 35 lakh per annum and the average CTC offered is Rs 13.2 lakh per annum. Let alone the placement CTC, students at SRCC are also able to bag some high internship stipends. For example, for the 2022 year, the highest stipend offered was Rs 1.5 lakh per month. The average stipend itself was Rs 57,000 per month.

Placement: The SRCC placement cell works dedicatedly to train students for final placements. The placement cell is one of the best among all DU colleges. Some of the training activities that the cell conducts are mock interviews, mock group discussions, resume writing, and, personality development sessions. The top companies that participate in the placement of the college are Deloitte, Google Microsoft, and, Accenture. The highest CTC offered is Rs 35 lakh per annum, the average CTC offered is Rs 13.2 lakh per annum, and, the median CTC is Rs 14 lakh per annum.

Placement: The course coordinators, teachers, academic associates, and students work as a team to administer the GBO Corporate Relations Office. The placement committee, a group made up of students, is in charge of planning corporate meetings and inviting guest speakers. During the placement sessions, when firms come to the school, the Placement Committee is in control of all events. Members of the committee also oversee the setup of facilities for things like pre-placement meetings, group discussions, and individual interviews. The PGD-GBO class of 2022's campus placement process was yet another success, with 100% placements and participation from illustrious recruiters from a variety of industries, including, to name a few, American Express, Deloitte, Dell, KPMG, DCM Shriram Group, EY, Axtria, Tech Mahindra, Collabera, Grant Thornton, D.E. Shaw, and Adobe.

Placement: Corporate Relations Office at GBO is managed jointly by the Course Co-ordinatiors, Faculty, Academic Associates and the Students. Placement Committee is a student body which is responsible for arranging corporate interactions, guest lectures and also conducting corporate meets. During the placement sessions, when companies visit the campus, all the activities are managed by the Placement Committee. Also, arrangements for facilities like pre-placement talks, group discussions and personal interviews are coordinated by members of the committee. The campus placement process for the PGD-GBO batch of 2022 witnessed yet another successful campus season with 100% placements and participation from prominent recruiters from diverse sectors such as American Express, Deloitte, Dell, KPMG, DCM Shriram Group, EY, Axtria, Tech Mahindra, Collabera, Grant Thornton, D.E. Shaw, Adobe to name a few.

Placement: At SRCC, the average salary increased to Rs 9.8 LPA with over 130 offers from 24 recruiters, while the median pay increased to Rs 8.47 LPA. A major financial business provided the highest package for the first phase (Sep 20–Dec 20), which was Rs 25 LPA. Although proposals submitted in the banking industry increased by 110%, many other firms also had similar growth trends, allaying any concerns about a hiring freeze. The number of offers for summer internships at SRCC increased by 142%, and the number of pre-placement offers hit a record high of 22 during the first phase. At the time, a stunning INR 1.5 lakh was the highest monthly salary. In the end, Accenture Strategy used hand-selection to choose young professionals from colleges for a variety of business domains, from consulting firms like McKinsey & Company and Bain Capability Network to finance organisations like Deutsche Bank and Citibank, as well as several first-time highest category recruiters like Kepler Cannon.
