The institute is situated on National Highway No.18, between Rayachoty and Kadapa. It is about 3kms from Rayachoty town and 45 Kms by road from Kadapa. The nearest Railway station is at Kadapa. The Central Library of SSITS is located in the convenient place to all the B.Tech, MCA & MBA Students. It has sprawling area more than required norms with splendid ventilation and continuous air flow where more than three hundred students can sit in the Library at a time. The hostel is secured 24 hours by security guards and warden with caretakers are available in the hostel 24 by 7. The students are not permitted to carry cell phones in the campus. The students are provided with other extracurricular activities such as yoga, providing extra training to improve communication skills.
