About Sri Sukhmani Group of Institutions
Sri Sukhmani Group of Institutes (SSGI) is a private non-profit institution of higher education based in Punjab. The institute is located in Derabassi, Mohali and is a 10-minute drive away from Chandigarh. Established in 1972, it is one of the oldest educational institutions in Punjab. SSGI offers undergraduate, postgraduate and diploma courses in the streams of Engineering, Management, Nursing, Dental, Pharmacy, Hospitality and Computer Applications. Part of the Sri Sukhmani Group of Institutions are its various institutes, which include Sri Sukhmani Institute of Engineering & Technology, Sri Sukhmani Polytechnic, Sri Sukhmani Insitute of Management, Sri Sukhmani Institute of Pharmacy, Sri Sukhmani Institute of Hospitality and Sri Sukhmani Institute of Nursing.
A leading institute of professional education in Chandigarh, Sri Sukhmani Group of Institutions is affiliated to the IK Gujral Punjab Technical Univerity and Baba Farid Institute of Health Sciences. SSGI has also been approved by AICTE, Indian Nursing Council (INC) and Punjab State Board of Technical Education. The courses offered by SSGI include BSc and MSc courses Nursing and Medical Lab Technology, BTech, MTech and Polytechnic programmes, MBA, MCA, BCom etc. SSGI also offers the courses of BHM and BHMCT for hotel management aspirants. The institute is known for offering quality courses and striking a good balance between academic and practical education.
