To secure admission at Sri Venkateswara College, in the B.Pharma programme, a CUET UG exam score is a must. Admission is not granted on the basis of only the class 12 marks. Therefore, all candidates (Including those applying for Supernumerary seats) must take the CUET UG exam and go through the Common Seat Allocation System (CSAS) UG, to secure admission in the B.Pharma programme.

Admission into the BA programmes offered at the college is done based on the previous qualifying exam performance of the applicants.
