Sunrise Institute of Engineering Technology and Management placement is managed and enhanced by a team of experts known as the training and placement cell of the institute. For campus recruitment, all reputable companies, including MNCs, visit the college. The training & placement cell of SIETM strives to identify students' fundamental talents in order to fulfil its mission. It operates through a close-knit organisation and has a system that quickly disseminates information to the students. 

There is a publication of a uniform placement pamphlet for all branches of B.Tech, B.Voc and Diploma in Engineering. The college has MOUs with a large number of business associations and chambers of several industries. In order to analyse recent advancements and trends, technical paper presentation competitions are established in partnership with industries.
