HBTU Kanpur Admission: NTA has officially announced the dates for the CUET UG and CUET PG 2024 exams. From May 15 to 31, 2024, the CUET UG 2024 exam will be conducted and from March 11 to 28, 2024, the CUET PG 2024 will be conducted. 

The Harcourt Butler Technical University courses offered include B.Tech, M.Tech, MBA, MCA, M.Sc and PhD. The B.Tech programmes offer 13 specialisations and the M.Tech course offers seven specialisations. The university has four schools with 13 UG programmes in engineering and technology, along with PG and PhD programmes

Harcourt Butler Technical University admission to these programmes is based on both the candidates’ previous academic merit and valid entrance exam scores. These include JEE Main, UPSEE, GATE, IIT JAM and NIMCET. Candidates who qualify for the cutoff list released by the university are able to secure admission.

The HBTU result is declared for 2 purposes. One is the semester examination result which is applicable to the students enrolled in the university. The other includes the result of various entrance examinations for the purpose of admissions. The CUET UG and CUET PG results were released recently on July 15 and July 20, 2023, respectively. Step 1: Visit the official websites cuet.samarth.ac.in and cuet.nta.nic.in for the CUET UG and CUET PG results respectively. 

Step 2: Click on the “CUET Scorecard” link on the page.

Step 3: Fill out the details like the application number/username, password, and security pin and click on submit.

HBTU Admission 2023 Important Dates

On November 14, 2022, AKTU announced the open seats for UPCET Counselling Special Round 1. Between November 15 and 16, 2022, candidates can register for the special round 1. On November 19, 2022, the seat allotment result for UPCET Counselling Special Round 1 will be made public. Based on JEE Main 2022 scores, AKTU revealed the results of the UPTAC 2023 Seat Allotment Round 4 for admission to the B.Tech programmes.

Students for additional rounds of HBTU B.Tech online counselling can submit their details on the ERP portal from November 15-18, 2022. These candidates must be present at the university on November 21, 2022, for physical reporting. The newly admitted students for the B.Tech programme who submitted their details for the HBTU Kanpur online counselling on October 26-31, 2022 in the ERP portal had to be present at the university on November 14, 2022, for physical reporting.

All the newly admitted students (Harcourt Butler Technical University academic session 2023-24) of B.Tech, B.Tech (lateral entry) must note that sufficient hostel facilities are available for allotment. The students for hostel allotment must report on November 14, 2022, directly at their respective hostels.

The registration portal was open from November 9-12, 2022, for the newly admitted students for the first-year BBA course and second-year B.Tech (lateral entry) course for session 2022-2023.
